“Table Tennis Lautoka has been offered a major sponsorship from THE PREMIER TT Equipment manufacturer in the World. This is in support of LTTA’s Butterflies And Caterpillars Project.

A full range of professional TT equipments and uniforms will soon be available to all players in Fiji through Lautoka Table Tennis Association at massive savings.

Butterfly traditionally only sponsor the “elite” athletes around the World and Lautoka are proud to have been given the recognition of having some of the Pacific’s “elite” prospects. LTTA’s Fiji Games Gold and Silver medallist in the Cadet/Junior Category will be the first athlete in Fiji to proudly wear the new Butterfly Lautoka uniform and use the latest Butterfly racket specifically designed for his style of play.

14yr old Ronak Jamnadas has just gained his first International experience in Australia this year as he competed for a place in the Oceania Team for the Annual World Cadet Challenge. There are many local young athletes eager to join or replace Ronak at the top of the Pacific Ratings list

                                                    Mahogany Industries (Fiji) Ltd. are happy to asist Butterfly Lautoka in thier PTT Development project toward designing and building International Standard Table Tennis tables for all Special Education Schools throughout Fiji. This project will initially see Lautoka Special Education School build the first tables in thier Vocational Training Centre for distribution to other districts preparing for the Fiji Paralympic Games.              International Coach and TT equipment expert Steve Reilly     says "MIFL" immediately offered thier expert advice along with specialised hardware items to complete the design of our New Concept TT table, whilst cutting down on material costs due to the application of the unique hardware devices provided by MIFL.                                  These Tables are specifically designed to be adaptable throughout the development and training process of both able bodied and Special Education athletes whilst conforming to ITTF/PTT standards for National & International competition.   Lautoka Table Tennis Association are delighted with the assistance & support offered by this innovative local company and are proud to be associated with such professionalism toward our Sports Development Goals!!
